　　人物传记形式纪录片，BBC通过展示20世纪政治、科学、文化艺术等各个领域伟大传奇人物的经历，向他们所作的贡献致敬，其中包括屠呦呦、居里夫人、爱因斯坦、巴勃罗·毕加索、纳尔逊·罗利赫拉赫拉·曼德拉，温斯顿·丘吉尔等人物，他们对于人类文明史跟社会进步有哪些不能被遗忘的贡献，以及对于个人的生命历程，他们又克服了那些困难，向青少年传递积极向上的正能量，有梦想就要勇敢。
